March Wine Dinner
Wednesday, March 13 join us as we welcome Steve Morgan of The Sorting Table. Steve has been a sommelier at some of the best restaurants in both New York and Chicago and The Sorting Table was founded in 2006 with the aim of importing hand-crafted wines made by exemplary producers in their respective appellations. Steve worked with us to select an amazing group of wines to pair with a special five-course menu from the Birch kitchen.
